This Privacy Policy explains how Aventus Ventures LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal information in connection with clipt.ai (the "Service"). By using the Service you acknowledge the practices described here.

• Account information: name, email address, and profile image provided by your identity provider when you sign in.
• Billing information: customer identifiers and invoice metadata maintained by our third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.
• Service content: prompts, reference material, scripts, generation settings, and the outputs produced, together with status and timestamp metadata.
• Technical information: IP address, user-agent string, device information, and security and rate-limit counters retained to operate and secure the Service.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including processing your requests and displaying your history.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
• To diagnose errors and improve reliability. Sensitive fields are redacted before any diagnostic data leaves our production environment.
• To send transactional communications such as receipts, billing notices, and enforcement notifications. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

• With third-party service providers that perform functions on our behalf, including model inference, voice synthesis, transcription, payment processing, cloud hosting and storage, database services, and email delivery. These providers are authorized to process personal information only as necessary to provide their services to us.
• With law-enforcement authorities, regulators, or other third parties when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required to comply with legal process or to protect the safety, rights, or property of users, the Company, or others.
• In connection with a corporate transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, in which case personal information may be transferred subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. You may delete your account from account settings, which cascades to your generations, projects, and associated assets. Certain records (including billing and transaction records) are retained for longer periods where required by tax, accounting, or other legal obligations.

The Service is operated from and hosted by providers located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a jurisdiction different from your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as contractual protections, for cross-border transfers.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@clipt.ai. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest within our production infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure; in the event of a security incident affecting your information we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
