Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated · April 18, 2026
Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of clipt.ai (the "Service") provided by Aventus Ventures LLC. It is incorporated into, and forms part of, our Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with this AUP and with all applicable laws and regulations.
Permitted use
The Service is designed for lawful creative, marketing, and commercial use cases, including advertising creative, product demonstrations, user-generated-style content, short-form social video, and other similar purposes. You may use the Service for any lawful purpose that is consistent with this AUP and with our Terms of Service.
Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use the Service to create, upload, transmit, distribute, or facilitate any of the following:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors, whether real or fictional.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, including sexual or nude depictions of identifiable real individuals, and content that impersonates or realistically depicts identifiable real persons (including political figures, public figures, and private individuals) without appropriate authorization.
- Content intended to harass, bully, threaten, defame, intimidate, or incite violence or discrimination against any individual or group.
- Content that promotes, facilitates, or provides instructions for self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or the manufacture, acquisition, or distribution of illegal drugs, weapons, or explosives.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content, including impersonation, phishing, scams, fabricated news, forged documents, and misleading political advertising.
- Malware, spyware, ransomware, phishing kits, or other content designed to compromise systems, networks, or user accounts.
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, publicity rights, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
- Any use of outputs generated by the Service to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop a competing generative model or dataset, or any attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract the Service.
- Any activity that violates applicable law or the rights of third parties, or that interferes with the integrity, performance, or security of the Service.
Content involving real people
You may not generate or distribute content that depicts an identifiable real person without a lawful basis to do so. Obtaining any necessary consents, rights, and releases is your responsibility. Where you are uncertain whether a proposed use is permitted — particularly with respect to likenesses of real persons, political content, or content involving minors in any form — you should contact us at support@clipt.ai before proceeding.
Enforcement
- Automated safety systems may block inputs that appear to violate this AUP. Blocked requests do not debit credits.
- Users and rights-holders may report violations through in-product reporting tools or through the DMCA notice process.
- Violations may result in warnings, content removal, forfeiture of unused credits, suspension, or permanent termination of your account, depending on the nature and severity of the violation.
- We may retain a limited amount of metadata regarding violations (such as the input text, timestamps, and enforcement action) to handle appeals, prevent recurrence, and comply with legal obligations.
- Repeat violations will result in escalated enforcement, up to and including permanent account termination.
Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may submit an appeal to support@clipt.ai. Please include the relevant account email and any reference or generation identifier provided with the enforcement notice. We aim to review appeals within 72 hours of receipt.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or industry practice. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
